The environment where the project is located is characterized by the presence of houses between party walls from the early twentieth century, with mortar plastered facades and vertical windows, which have often suffered alterations over the years.
The facades of the housing will be adapted to the urban environment using materials learned from their context but with current constructive solutions. The location of the functional program, day area on the first floor and night area on the second floor, results in a facade in which the openings are composed in very different proportions.
